(Togo First) - Michel Bagnah is a telecoms expert, with an MBA from ESSEC and an engineering degree from Ecole Centrale de Paris. In 1989, he started his career at Accenture. He then took the helm of the "new technologies, object language, artificial intelligence" cluster in 1994.

He moved to Partner in 2002 and became Head of Business Solutions for Enterprises at IBM Global Process Services. In February 2018, he launched Téolis, Togo's third Internet Service Provider, and is the chairman of its board of directors.

The company initially offered internet services for domestic use only but it has been expanding its activities. Now, businesses and individuals have access to Téolis's offers, and the firm eyes the international market and remote areas of Togo.
