(Togo First) - After spending 8 years revitalizing the National Health Insurance Institute (INAM), Myriam DOSSOU-D'ALMEIDA is since October 1st, 2020, the Minister of Grassroots Development, Youth and Youth Employment. A graduate of the Institut Africain d'Assurance de Tunis and the Conservatoire national des arts et métiers de Paris where she obtained an MBA in insurance company management, the boss of the INAM has solid experience in the world of insurance. She held positions of responsibility at GTA-C2A IARD and NSIA before being appointed head of the government agency.
