Robert Aimé Diallo, CEO of IB Bank Togo

(Togo First) - Since Oct. 16, 2024, Robert Aimé Diallo has served as chief executive of IB Bank Togo, formerly BTCI, a subsidiary of IB Holding, led by Burkinabe businessman Mahamadou Bonkoungou.

Diallo earned a degree in Management Sciences from ESCO-IGES (École Supérieure de Commerce et d’Informatique de Gestion) in 2005. He later completed a master's degree in Financial and Organizational Management at KEDGE Business School in 2014. In 2024, he further developed his expertise through executive training in leadership and strategic innovation at Harvard Business School.

An experienced banker, Diallo has spent most of his career in Burkina Faso. He notably served as chief financial officer and later as head of corporate banking at Société Générale Burkina Faso between 2018 and 2024.

His career has also included roles in internal audit, financial planning and control, and risk management, as well as board positions at financial institutions across West Africa.

As chief executive of IB Bank Togo, Diallo oversees the bank's growth and consolidation strategy.
