(Togo First) - Founder of the African Institute of Administration and Commercial Studies (IAEC), Bassabi Kagbara is the father of the BK-University Group whose training institutes are established in some twenty French-speaking African countries.

Engaged in politics, he ran for the presidency in the 2010 presidential elections, under the banner of his party the PDP.
