(Togo First) - Charles BIRREGAH is the founder of the Ecole Supérieure des Affaires (ESA). He holds a Ph.D. in Management Sciences and is a chartered accountant and auditor for many companies in Africa. He is a visionary whose university has two campuses in Lomé. His school is a pioneer in online courses; it provides online Bachelor's, Master's, Ph.D. degree courses. He is also the Director of the AEC Cabinet.

Lastly, he is renowned for his humanitarian work, particularly through his NGO FONDAVO.
