And over the years, this Rear Admiral developed a management style focused on growth and performance. Large-scale projects such as the extension of the ore wharf, the creation of the Togo Terminal and the Lomé Container Terminal (LCT) were concretized. After graduating from the Naval School, he started his career as a second class ship's ensign in 1978.
From there, he rose through the ranks to become the first Togolese Rear Admiral. Until the end of 2019, he was also president of the special delegation of Lomé.
