(Togo First) - The boss of the Togolese civil aviation, Dokissime Gnama Latta is the man in charge of aviation safety and security in Togo. After studies in France and China, he returned to his country and quickly rose through the ranks, both in the military, where he reached the rank of colonel, and the civil sector, where he became the head of the Togolese National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC).

Under his leadership, the ANAC distinguished itself on the continent and he was awarded the French Legion of Honour and received many national distinctions.
